Trish Kozina

Trish is a residential real estate agent out of our @properties' Streeterville office in downtown Chicago and specializes in the city's north side. Trish comes from a family with deep roots in construction. She spent her childhood leanring from their experiance renovating and restoring spectacular homes. She turned that experiance into a passion for real estate and today that passion allows her to help her clients succeed in our fast-paced market.

Trish is bilingual and understands the value of hard work. She purchased, renovated, and leased her first rental unit at 21 years old and is committed to using her own experiances to help her clients identify vaule and build a real esate portfolio of their own. 

With a management background in the service and hospitality industry, Trish is able to leverage her vast network and unique skillset to help find great deals for her clients. Trish has an eye for turnkey and value-add properties and is an expert negotitator. She currenlty resides in Streeterville and has extensive knowledge of many of Chicago's various neighborhoods and surrounding suburbs.
