Gail Flagel, CRS, is a caring professional with decades of real estate experience. She prides herself on providing the best standard of care. As an industry leader and as the past President of the National Certified Residential Council CRS President, many have benefited from her vision and expertise.

She has proven to be an advocate for her customers and clients, guiding them through the process of selling and purchasing property they love. Using her training and experience in selling residential new and existing homes, Gail provides objective information, negotiation knowledge, and marketing & technology skills.

With Wisconsin and Iowa roots and a mother of 4 grown daughters and 12 grand and great-grandchildren, she and her husband Duane have enjoyed being in beautiful Naples for nearly 20 years. Gail likes to say that every year it's an "Interesting and Amazing time in Real Estate!"
