JP Martins

Native of Brazil, JP Martins moved to the United States in 1998 and has since become an American citizen. After attending college and living in the East Coast for 10 years he moved to Chicago in 2008 and has been a proud resident of this beautiful city. His passion for food, wine and customer service led him to spend the last 13 years in the service Industry where he acquired the skills to manage, prioritize and multi-task in his every day life. JP is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and traveling around the world is something he takes very seriously and loves doing it.

JP joined **The Meier Group “ a division of @properties in spring of 2016, and has aggressively built relationships with both buyers and sellers! Prior to joining @properties JP had a successful career working in the restaurant sector for both Girl and The Goat and Little Goat “ an award winning Chicago based restaurant and working under the direction of renowned Chef Stephanie Izard and the BOKA group.

Having a service based background and being extremely knowledgeable about his craft, plus patience, and unparalleled responsiveness with clients are just a few attributes that make JP a fantastic broker to work with!

My goal in becoming a Real Estate Broker is to provide everyone a positive and rewarding experience . Loyalty, promptness, and consistent customer service are things that I strive for, in my daily interaction with clients.
