Patty Babin

Patty has lived in the Chicago area for over 25 years with her husband Jim and their 2 children. She and her husband founded one of the largest youth ice hockey event companies in the US in 1999 where she was the CFO, event apparel designer, tournament runner and everything else in between! In 2018 when they sold their company, she decided to follow her love of real estate and start a second career as a licensed broker. It was a great opportunity to combine her entrepreneurial background, business experience and creativity to bring this passion to life and help others. She believes in order to truly provide outstanding service to her clients, it's necessary to be able to wear many hats, be flexible with her time and most importantly, listen. Every situation is different and unique and open communication is the key to a successful outcome.

Spending time with family is at the top of the list for Patty! Her favorite hobbies are dance, acting and filmmaking. Some of her films have been official selections in festivals!
