Brian Bratton has been actively working in the Tamarindo, Costa Rica area for 18 years in both Real Estate, Luxury Rentals and Interior Design. He is the owner/ broker of the Christie's International Real Estate Bokerage in Playa Tamarindo, the Founder/Owner of Tamarindo Luxury Villas as well as the Founder & Co-Owner of Indigo Home Interior Design.
He has been instrumental in the success of numerous high profile/turn-key projects in the area, including many ocean view and ocean front projects. These projects involved not only brokerage of the Real Estate but also construction oversight, design consultation and marketing deliverables. Brian's combination of the real estate market, design knowledge plus rental market savvy is the crucial combination that has helped him achieve success here in the Costa Rica market. He is an active investor in the area from Tamarindo to Playa Avellanas. He has consulted for many larger development groups throughout the years and is currently the Director of Sales for the Senderos Ocean View Community, the largest and most exclusive development in the Tamarindo area.
Brian is actively involved in the local community and serves on the Board of Directors for Guanacaste's only US Certified K-12 Private School "Costa Rica International Academy" - CRIA.
He was a co-founder of the "Tamarindo Cares" charity organization which he and a few other key community members established in order to assist the families in need of financial relief from the hurricane and subsequent flooding in 2017.
He co-founded the local Tamarindo Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation and served as it's Co-Chairman for the first 5 years after it's inception.
He and his wife Carrie and two children Isabella (12yrs) and Archer (10yrs) reside in the Tamarindo community and enjoy surfing, fishing and traveling together.
