HomeServices of America, Inc. Acquires Koenig & Strey

Koenig & Strey, an affiliate since 2005, joins HomeServices of America. “This transaction makes one of the premier firms within the Chicago area into an even stronger organization,” says Doug Ayers, President and CEO of Koenig & Strey. Under the new ownership, the company, one of Chicago’s largest and most respected real estate broker ages, will retain its name. Four other affiliates are also with HomeServices: Carol Jones Realtors in Springfield, Missouri; Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell Realtors in Coral Gables, Florida; Harry Norman, Realtors in Atlanta, Georgia; and Iowa Realty in Des Moines.
