Jennifer MacGregor

Jennifer MacGregor is a savvy real estate agent and negotiator backed by over 20 years of experience in commercial finance, strategy consulting, and entrepreneurship. Formal education includes an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.  She has a deep understanding of value creation, asset investing, and multi-generational wealth preservation.

As a participant in the Toronto real estate market since 1999, Jennifer has been renting, owning, renovating, working, and raising a family in various neighbourhoods throughout the city for over 20 years. She is well connected in both the public and private school communities, having navigated them with her own family.  Outside the city, she also enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing from her 1860’s stone farmhouse on the Niagara Escarpment in the Collingwood area. 

Jennifer is delighted to be combining her love of real estate with her business acumen and negotiating skills as a sales representative with Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited.  She offers her clients a professional and efficient real estate experience from initial meeting through negotiations, closing details, and everything in between.  She aspires to find each client the perfect place to call home, and the best return on their real estate investment, while having some fun along the way.
