Chris Beaudoin

Chris is originally from Harbor Springs, MI. He began selling real estate after graduating from the University of Michigan, majoring in Literature, Science & the Arts with a minor in Economics in 1992.

Chris has 15 years of independent selling experience in Michigan before moving to Naples, FL in 2007 where he continues to sell real estate. Chris is a licensed broker with over 30 years of selling experience including sales in residential, commercial, resort and new developer sales. His has background is not only in sales, but in management and marketing as well.

Chris joined The Lickley Group in 2008 and performs many crucial roles in the real estate process as a listing and transaction facilitator.  There is no part of the sales process he doesn’t know and is a great liaison between clients, brokers, escrow companies, home inspection company, contractors, mitigators, assisting escrow officers, ensuring the meeting of deadlines, verifying the accuracy of files.  Chris is an asset to the team in analyzing market trends and property values with the foresight of an economist and the skill of a Broker.

Chris knows all facets of the real estate business and prides himself in the values of customer service, efficiency, follow up, and great communication.
