Born and raised in Los Altos, Jennifer Komo Paulson has spent her entire career dedicated to Silicon Valley real estate and the local community in which she lives. Jennifer brings nearly 20 years of experience to her clients, and is prepared to help them navigate the often difficult Silicon Valley real estate market.
Jennifer has a strong track record of real estate sales with many raving clients, but has an equally strong background in real estate development and custom home building. Over the last 15 years, Jennifer has worked directly with her father John Komo and Komo Construction to build over 50 luxury homes for clients or direct sale. Her experience includes land acquisition, entitlements, project & construction management, and ultimate sale of the finished product.
Working with clients to help realize their real estate dreams since 1995, Jennifer is truly unique to the real estate profession. Her strong blend of real estate development, design, and client advisory skills are unparalleled in the Silicon Valley. She regularly helps clients craft a vision of their future home and has the skill set to advise them on the potential of any piece of real estate.
Jennifer is a product of St. Nicholas Catholic School and St. Francis High School, and her four children currently attend the same local schools. She is very involved with these school communities, and is a strong supporter of Sereno Group's 1% for Good program. Jennifer attended Loyola Marymount University, and finished her college education with a Bachelor's Degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 1995.
