Fred Berns

Prior to joining @properties, Fred built a progressive career as consumer marketing and business leader, and is now leveraging that experience on behalf of his real estate clients.   Fred utilizes his strengths in understanding consumer motivation, interpersonal relationships, and attention to detail, to ensure win-win transactions for his clients. 

A 20-year Evanston resident, Fred is eager to serve his local community.

Fred holds a Master of Management (MBA) from the  J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois.
