Debbie Perkaus

Debbie has been in real estate since she was 19 years old, starting out at her father's office in Middleboro, MA while attending the College of the Holy Cross.  She married and moved to Chicago in 1982, where she taught at Queen of All Saints School and raised her family.  She went on to become a licensed Illinois agent, as well as a licensed appraiser.  Selling is her passion!

Debbie specializes in guiding clients within Chicago, the north and northwest suburbs through every step of their real estate journey. Putting customer service at the forefront of her business ensures a professional and successful transaction every time. Her background in appraisal allows her to easily navigate any market areas.
