Earlier this week, Christie's International Real Estate exclusive Affiliate Lila Delman Real Estate announced the sale of 268 Angell Street, a recently renovated home located on the East Side of Providence, Rhode Island, for US$1,300,000. The property was listed by Ben Scungio, Sales Associate and Susan Dando, Broker Associate, of the Providence Lila Delman office. Penny Taylor, Sales Associate of the Narragansett Lila Delman office, represented the buyer. According to Statewide MLS, this is the third highest sale on the East Side this year.
