Pine Acres Realty Announces Historic 2011 Results

Pine Acres Realty, the exclusive Affiliate in Chatham, Harwich, Brewster, and Orleans, Massachusetts, had a record year in 2011, selling more than US$140,000,000 in real estate.

Of the eight sales over US$3,000,000 in Chatham in 2011, the firm was involved in seven of the transactions. One of these sales—a beautiful US$6.5 million waterfront residence, pictured above—closed for asking price in less than a week on the market. The new owner had been waiting for several years to purchase a vacation home in the area and acted decisively when the property came to market. “Our top three sales for the year sold either at, or above the listing price, and were purchased by cash buyers,” says Chris Rhinesmith of Pine Acres Realty.

According to the Cape and Islands Multiple Listing Service, Pine Acres Realty is the top ranking sales office on Cape Cod.
