Luxury Estates Mallorca ® was founded in 2009, back then under another trademark, by Patrick Pawlowski and has been rebranded to its current name in 2015. Patrick had moved to Mallorca from Germany a few years before and had accumulated local expertise before setting up on his own. Andrea Berchtold, a Swiss national who has worked in the Mallorcan real estate market since 2006, joined the company as a partner in 2019. The company has its main base in Port Andratx and the southwest of the island, which is the most exclusive and sought after area on Mallorca, but operates island wide. They are focusing on high end properties of all kinds, whether it is coastal apartments and villas or countryside properties like estates and fincas. Both Patrick and Andrea put their focus on service and invite their clients to benefit from their vast experience and knowledge after a combined three decades in the Mallorcan real estate market. But not only this, but also from their different approach to properties which in the case of Patrick comes from a profound knowledge of construction, having worked as a structural engineer and contruction manager in Germany, and in the case of Andrea from an art background, having studied at Christie´s Education in London.
