The townhome is filled with modern touches and interesting angles (almost no space is perfectly square, rather, uses modern-looking small angles. Solid construction means quiet and private. We never hear neighbors, and when you are in different spaces in the house, it's quiet. All showers and bathrooms are tiled. Heated 2 car garage can store lots of gear and 2 cars very comfortably. High ceilings throughout. Storage lofts above both 3rd floor bedrooms. Easy access to Salt Lick Trails, Mesa Cortina Trails, all ski areas, Silverthorne and Dillon super close. Summit Stage stop across street. Nice small community of owners. Only one other full-time residents. Most other units used only occasionally by owners.
