AGUA DULCE, CA – Agua Dulce Winery, an award-winning winemaking enterprise that is listed by Hilton & Hyland and internationally marketed by Christie’s International Real Estate, is now being offered as two combined parcels—one in the town of Agua Dulce, Calif., and one in Santa Barbara, Calif.—with many significant commercial components as well as a superb residence as part of the Agua Dulce listing.
