Provaltur International Inc. Hosts Gala Event to Launch New Luxury Real Estate Programs in the Dominican Republic
Gala event introduces new luxury real estate programs for 2013
Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic - Provaltur International Inc., with Rick Moeser, Senior Vice President of Christie's International Real Estate, held a gala event this month to introduce new luxury real estate programs for 2013 and celebrate the 25th anniversary of Christie's International Real Estate, the world’s only real estate network owned by an art auction house. Held at Cava Alta, the event was attended by a large number of distinguished guests from the luxury real estate and art industries in the Dominican Republic.
During the cocktail reception, company principal Cesar Herrera Gutiérrez presented Provaltur's new corporate branding and website, which has strong ties to the Christie’s and Christie’s International Real Estate brands. The firm’s new digital platform was designed to strengthen its international reach and demonstrate the synergy between the art and luxury real estate markets. Mr. Herrera noted that this new online platform is fully integrated with the largest social networks in the world, allowing for a dynamic and continuous interaction with customers, buyers, agents, and brokers operating in the same market. “Social networks are a vital part of the new sales and marketing strategy,” he said.
The evening also included a special presentation by Mr. Moeser who noted, “Discretion and expertise are what distinguishes Christie’s International Real Estate from all other networks specializing in the luxury market.” He gave an overview of the firm’s highly specialized Bespoke Marketing Program—an innovative program reserved for important, high-value real estate around the world. He reports that more than US$600 million of luxury property has been sold through the program, which he hopes will soon officially welcome its first property from the Dominican Republic.
"In 2013 and beyond, we anticipate a rise in the importance of foreign buyers and investors, in light of the changes that will result from tax reform in the Dominican Republic. This will give us an immense competitive advantage that we hope real estate developers or owners of luxury goods will know to differentiate and profit from our sales and marketing programs with global reach,” said Mr. Herrera.
The night ended with a toast to good music, great conversation, and streamed video presentation from Christies, Christies International Real Estate, and Provaltur.
