Christie’s International Real Estate Proudly Recognizes Affiliated Brokers Named to Wall Street Journal/Real Trends Top 250 Lists

New York, New York — Long & Foster Companies, Inc., the Christie’s International Real Estate Affiliate across five states and Washington, D.C., claimed top spot in commanding fashion in the team category of the Wall Street Journal/Real Trends Top 250 list based on sales volume. The Creig Northrop team out of Clarksville, Maryland, posted a closed transaction volume amount of nearly US$326 million, more than US$25 million higher than the second place finisher. Debbie Dogrul Associates of Long & Foster in Fairfax, Virginia also attained a top 10 ranking. All told, ten teams from Long & Foster finished in the top 250, for a total of 19 brokerages represented in the ranking.

In the individual category, three brokers affiliated with Christie’s International Real Estate were named to the top ten spots: John Burger of Brown Harris Stevens Residential Sales, LLC in New York accomplished a number three ranking; Richard Hilton of Hilton & Hyland Real Estate in Beverly Hills number six; and Jeffrey Hyland of Hilton & Hyland number eight. Christie’s International Real Estate boasted the best representation by a network or franchise in the top ten. Hilton & Hyland featured five agents in the top 250, followed by Brown Harris Stevens with four. In total, 22 brokers associated with Christie’s International Real Estate achieved this prestigious top 250 standing.
