The scenic road to Golfo Aranci offers stunning views of the island of Tavolara, the town of Golfo Aranci, the island of Figari and its sun-streaked aquamarine waters, with the enchanting beaches of Cala Sassari and Spiaggia Bianca acting as simple invitations to a magnificent Sardinian holiday. The famous Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo are accessible by the scenic road from the Villa.

Developed on one level, Villa La Sposa has outdoor spaces and breathtaking sea views as its strong points. On three sides the Mediterranean maquis grows luxuriantly and embraces the villa with its intense aromas; the fourth side is entirely open and features a sea-view infinity pool with a sunbathing area including chaise-longue directly connected to the covered veranda where there is a custom-built and fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a sitting area in which to relax and eat outdoors.

The interiors feature modern and tasteful furnishings enhanced by fine finishes and high-quality materials. The living area overlooks the covered veranda facing the sea and is divided into a living room, dining room and kitchen in a semi-separated room. The sleeping area welcomes up to 6 guests and consists instead of two double bedrooms, one facing the pool and the sea. Two bathrooms with showers complete the dwelling.

A private parking space can accommodate up to two cars.
