Ivan Sagel

Ivan brings 15 years of experience as a real estate investor to help you reach your goals. He bought his first home sophomore year of college while studying mechanical engineering.   After a couple of years of sweat equity, smart improvements and finishing school; the home was sold for twice the purchase price. This experience hooked Ivan on the opportunity that real estate offers. He now owns and manages rental property in Chicago.

Ivan is very analytical. He is knowledgeable of local market  trends and how to show the value of your home in today’s competitive market. He is an expert is leveraging these market trends and statistics to support your best interests in the negotiations.

Ivan has lived in and around Chicago his entire life, currently residing in Lincoln Park. He has developed an intimate knowledge of the streets and neighborhoods from Hyde Park to Rogers Park from a cyclist’s perspective. Ivan competed as both an amateur road racer and mountain biker and is involved with the Active Transportation Alliance, a biking and pedestrian safety advocacy group.
