Rosa Chapa

Prior to her real estate career Rosa Chapa owned and operated one of the city’s (Chicago) trendiest retail shop, in which she excelled in sales and marketing. She joined @properties in 2009 as an agent on the Danny Glick Group- A top producing team in Chicago.

Rosa enjoys building rapport with her clients, exploring the possibilities different homes offer and, especially, seeing clients’ eyes light up once she helps them find their perfect homes. Whether you are a first time home buyer or an experienced seller, her approachable demeanor and professionalism will make for an enjoyable experience.

In addition to serving Chicagoland buyers and sellers, Rosa’s real estate expertise includes sales of residential developments throughout Chicago’s north side, north shore and western suburbs.

Rosa has an extensive background managing large developments, which includes planning and overseeing the construction process. She draws on her own personal history of collaborating with architects, designers and contractors on these large projects to easily coordinate communication between building developers and her clients during the home customization stage. She can easily break down industry jargon and can also read blueprints and understand electrical and plumbing codes.

Just as important as customizing a home to your specifications, as is knowing that your broker has the knowledge and capabilities to get you the best price on what is often the largest purchase you will ever make. Rosa has proven negotiating techniques to help obtain a price that is fair and one you are comfortable with.

Rosa is a native of Chicago and grew up in her beloved Bridgeport neighborhood. She currently resides in the city of Chicago. Her favorite things about Chicago are the energy of the city life, the food, the beautiful lakefront and the diversity of it’s many neighborhoods. When she is not helping buyers find the homes of their dreams, she is a busy, hands on mother of 2 and enjoys taking her family to Disney World every chance she gets! ;)
