Tim Manning

Being a lifelong Chicago resident helps Tim offer excellent knowledge of the Chicago market and its many neighborhoods.  Tim not only is selling the home, he is selling the lifestyle that comes with living in the neighborhood.  After growing up in Barrington, his first residence in the city was a rooftop apartment in left field across from Wrigley Field. He owns an investment condo and is a founding board member at his 95-unit, loft-conversion building in Bucktown.  Tim has resided in high-end contemporary homes in River North, but really enjoys the flexibility and openness of loft-space living in the West Loop.  "It's so exciting to see the changes that are taking place in the West Loop every single day."

After being rookie of the year at the largest real estate office in Chicago, Tim joined @properties in 2007, helping them become Chicago's #1 real estate brokerage firm.  This change was due to state of the art technology, as well as the aggressive and cutting-edge marketing tools. "My buyers and sellers have benefited greatly from this move, and I have never looked back. My clients are always my first priority," said Tim.  "I keep the communication lines always open and have a team of qualified lenders, attorneys, and inspectors to support the process.  I want this journey to be enjoyable and stress-free for you."

After graduating from Indiana University with a finance degree, Tim traveled globally while also working in sales. This has provided him with extensive experience in selling and strong negotiation skills. Tim continued his education by getting a CNE designation (Certified Negotiation Expert).

When Tim has spare time, he enjoys playing golf and shooting pictures while he continues to travel around the world. Someday he hopes it becomes easier to get to Antarctica so that he can say he has visited all 7 continents.  His latest endeavor has been working alongside his wife Sarah as she continues to paint amazing abstract art.  They started a gallery Sarah Raskey Fine Art where she displays and sells her work by appointment only.
