This luxury villas resort with a beautiful sea view is being built near the city of Poreč. The construction began in September 2022, while the expected completion of construction works is the end of 2023.

The resort consists of 14 luxury villas.

At first glance, the properties impress with their modern, open architecture, the large glass elements and the impressive outdoor area design.

This luxury villa consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining room, a wine cellar, a toilet, storage room, a huge living room with access to the pool and an outdoor terrace with a sauna. From the living room, the staircase leads us to the first floor where there are 4 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, two covered terraces and one open terrace.

Villas boasts modern design, high quality finishes and selection of materials. On the ground and first floor there is a system of electric underfloor heating, and air conditioning for heating and cooling. Hot water is processed in an automatic boiler. The villas have Catalano and Paffoni sanitary ware, the tiles are of Italian origin Lea nextone, aluminum carpentry.

Each property is fully gated and has two outdoor parking spaces, video surveillance and alarm system triggered by motion sensors.
