Christie's International Real Estate Affiliates Network in Colorado

Brokers from Martha Turner Properties in Houston, Texas, were treated to a long weekend of business networking and fun in Telluride, Colorado, by T. D. Smith, President of Telluride Real Estate Corporation earlier this month. Martha Turner Properties and Telluride Real Estate Corporation, both exclusive Christie’s International Real Estate affiliates in their areas, have established a close tie between the two firms for second-home referral business.

“So much of our business here comes from Texas and half of that is from Houston,” said Smith.

“We should get to know one another so we can work more closely together to serve our mutual client base,” said Martha Turner, president of Martha Turner Properties, who was delighted with Smith’s idea. “This was a terrific get-together and a great way to foster a closer business relationship,” said Turner.
