Jess Reid, Founder of Jess Reid Real Estate, is Honored for Work with Students

Leadership Park City awarded Jess Reid, founder of Jess Reid Real Estate in Park City, Utah, its ninth annual "Community Leadership Award" earlier this month. 

The prestigious honor is awarded to an individual who has provided community leadership over a sustained period according to Leadership Park City co-founder Lisa Cilva Ward. The idea is to select someone who exemplifies the principles of leadership taught in the program. Ward's colleague Myles Rademan said Reid has been a "selfless giver to the Park City community for over 30 years, especially to the youth."

Jess started in Real Estate in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1975. He moved to Park City, Utah in 1978 and managed a branch office of a large real estate company for five years. He founded Jess Reid Real Estate in 1983. True to his vision of managed growth, Jess has nurtured his company over the years to four highly visible offices and over 45 experienced sales associates boasting per agent productivity that exceeds most other Park City Realtors. His firm is the Christie's International Real Estate exclusive Affiliate in Park City, Utah.

Reid has served in numerous leadership positions with the Utah Travel Council, the Park City Chamber/Bureau, the Park City Rotary Club, the Park City Board of Realtors, the Egyptian Theatre and more.
