Connie Anderson moved to Chicago from Little Rock, Arkansas in 2004 with her family. By the Spring of 2007, Connie became a Brokers Associate at @properties and began her career.  Given the unforeseen circumstances in the market, Connie had to plan her next venture that correlates with real estate, finance and property taxes. She studied finance at Northeastern Illinois University and is one of the leading analysts at a private law firm.

Connie is an expert in one of the key components in purchasing a home, property taxes. She assists home and business owners with their property valuation prior to and purchasing a property. On average, she has reduced tax bills by 25% on average and valuations by $5 million+ annually saving property owners over $500,000 annually. 

 Connie believes it is her fiduciary duty to not only bring the perfect home to her client, but to understand and teach her clients the systems that come with buying a home, such as property taxes, the title company, proper lot division, deeds, home exemptions,  etc. She dedicates her time and energy towards her clients needs, goals and questions to provide them with a sense of comfort. She is experienced in sales and client services and specializes in new construction and developments. She works with first-time homebuyers as well as seasoned investors.
