Emerson Named Atlanta Board of REALTORS® 2013 President Elect

ATLANTA, GEORGIA—Todd Emerson, Senior Vice President and Managing Broker of the Harry Norman, REALTORS® Atlanta Perimeter office, was named the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® (ABR) President Elect for 2013. 

Emerson will add this industry honor to his long list of professional accolades, including ABR Vice President of Administration and Finance in 2012, Vice President of Professional Development in 2010 and Board of Directors member from 2007 to 2009. An active member in several community organizations, including the Sandy Springs Perimeter Chamber of Commerce, Emerson has served Harry Norman as a sales associate and managing broker for more than 14 years. 

“It is a tremendous honor, and I am truly humbled, to have been asked to serve as President Elect for the Atlanta Board of REALTORS®. In addition to serving the 5000+ members of the ABR in this capacity, I look forward to proudly representing Harry Norman, REALTORS® as well,” Emerson said. 

Two additional Harry Norman Senior Vice Presidents and Managing Brokers were also nominated and selected for prestigious ABR positions.  Lane Jones of the Cobb Marietta office was chosen as Vice President for 2013, and John Barnes of the Buckhead Chastain office will serve a two year term as Director.
