DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
The villa (765 sqm 8,231 sqft, 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms) is on three levels, composed as follows:
- Ground floor: large entrance hall, living room with imposing fireplace, dining room, kitchen, dining room with fireplace, breakfast room, bathroom, utility room and laundry room. All areas have direct access to the outside. In almost all the rooms in the living and sleeping areas, there are early 20th-century grit and colorful cement tiles.

The 12 5 m swimming pool, which is located directly in front of the house, is heated by solar panels and surrounded by a sunbathing area that enjoys excellent privacy. In a secluded location is the tennis court, which is equipped with night lighting and changing rooms.
The bocce court next to the villa is also equipped with lighting so that it can also be used in the evening.
