Ginger Pressley

Ginger Pressley is always exploring and finding new and different things to do in and around Atlanta. She has an insatiable curiosity and a true passion for helping people, which makes her a perfect fit for the world of real estate.

In her early 20s, Ginger became fascinated by real estate when she became a home buyer herself. After several buy/sell transactions, she thought...there has to be an easier (and more fun) way of doing things! At this point, Ginger was already on the corporate path, climbing the ladder at IBM and building her strong business and communications foundation. Later, she became involved in the startup community which fostered her entrepreneurial and problem-solving spirit while helping younger companies learn how to scale their business. Ginger then decided it was finally time to make the permanent switch to real estate, and she hasn't looked back.

With honesty, integrity, and responsiveness as core values, Ginger seeks to build lasting relationships with her clients. Her diverse portfolio includes first time home buyers, Luxury listings, corporate relocations, savvy investors, empty nesters, and vacation homes. She puts her clients first and leverages smart negotiation tactics to accomplish their goals. Ginger has lived all around the Atlanta area which has deepened her expertise of and interest in the local market.

Before settling in the peach state, Ginger has called South Florida, Denver, and even Melbourne, Australia home. Ginger returned to the City in the Forest in 2016 and now resides in Decatur. Her free time is usually spent exploring the great outdoors with her rescue dog, Ghost, or on horseback. She volunteers in the local community and is thrilled to donate a portion of every commission to the Children's Hospital Of Atlanta.
