Monica Sofranko

Monica has been a real estate broker since 2001. Born and raised in the Western suburbs of Chicago she began her career in Chicago where she resided in the Wicker Park/Bucktown neighborhood until 2011.  In 2011 Monica and her family moved to the North Shore where she joined the Winnetka office.  Her expertise now is creating a bridge for families moving to the North Shore as well as helping families ready to make a move back to the city.  Finding the right property for her clients, no matter how long it takes is a philosophy that is the foundation of her business.  With two children of her own who have gone through the public school system, Monica has a firm grasp of the elementary, middle and high school systems of the North Shore.  Finding her clients the perfect neighborhood, city or suburbs, is her specialty.  In her spare time she enjoys watching High School sports, yoga, spinning, cooking, gardening and entertaining.
