Federimmobiliare publishes "The Italian Real Estate Industry 2012"

The Federimmobiliare has recently published "The Italian Real Estate Industry 2012" report including a survey of Delhi, with contributions on the current state of the real estate market from eighteen groups belonging to the Federation. Among them was Giancarlo Bracco, Christie's International Real Estate exclusive Affiliate in Sardinia, Immobilsarda.

Actively engaged since 2008 in the search for effective solutions to minimize the effects of the crisis and facilitate economic recovery, FIABCI, has focused its attention on growth,  over the last decade, involving developing countries like China, India and Russia.

A new wealthy class has emerged in these nations, interested in settling in the West led by the need to ensure well-being, adequate education and a secure future. It is therefore essential that Italy adapts its productive, economic and legal structure according to the real needs of the new global market in constant growth, focusing on improving and protecting: the quality of life, the natural environment, its excellence in arts and culture and encourage creativity. The real growth can therefore only be guaranteed with the right balance between innovation and tradition.
