The Villas are one and two rooms available on three different floor plans, from 92 to 250 square meters, and offer the facilities and services of a luxury resort. Each villa has been developed to become a holiday residence in an exclusive, award-winning and luxury resort. ownership of a villa is presented as an opportunity to take advantage of the residence while visiting Mendoza, with the comfort of knowing that your villa will be taken care of in your absence and that you can also be part of the optional rental program. In its fifth year of operations, the occupation of the resort is 67% with an Average Daily Index close to US $ 665, the highest in Argentina.

The prices of villas for one- and two-bedroom residences range from $475,000 to $1,200,000. Based on our operating results for the past five years, we project the rental program could generate an annual return on investment of 3% to 8%. Participating villa owners also have the option to use up to 4 weeks total per year.
