Since the affiliation in June 2005, SPG Finest Properties has been exclusively covering the French-speaking part of Switzerland, comprising the cantons of Fribourg, Geneve, Jura, Neuchatel, Valais, Vaud, and the municipality of Gstaad in the Swiss German Alps. Their property portfolio includes some of the most prestigious listings in the country ranging from historic chateaux, secluded country houses, chalets, elegant manors or state of the art apartments:
Château El Masr – Cologny, Geneva: Enjoying a picturesque setting amid 5,500 square meters of landscaped gardens, and with stunning views out to the city and Lake Geneva, Château El Masr offers a refined sense of seclusion. The 1,000-square-meter property underwent intense renovations, with great respect paid to each detail in order to perfectly maintain the original Neo-Elizabethan style. Craftsmen from Murano, Italy, were brought over to work full-time in order to restore the château to the highest standard possible. The property’s distinctive feature is its medieval turret, adjacent to the main residence, leading up to a fortified tower terrace adorned with crenels and machicolations and affording spectacular views toward the city and Lake Geneva.
Coppet Renaissance Domaine – Coppet, Geneva: Coppet’s history stretches back to 1784, the year when Jacques Necker—Finance Minister under King Louis XVI—bought his castle there, on the shores of Lake Geneva. In the 19th Century, Coppet became a desirable commune, giving rise to the establishment of small domains or secondary residences by the lake. The main residence comprises about 1200 square meters, and an adjacent Frank Lloyd Wright–inspired building of about 200 square meters is connected by an underground passageway. A guest house, comprising a duplex apartment and a garage, completes the appointments. The property was designed by famed Parisian interior designer Christian Liaigre, meeting today's demanding standards in every respect.
Chalet Trois Couronnes – Bagnes, Verbier: Chalet Trois Couronnes is a property of rare elegance, formed from a unique array of three chalets built of wood reclaimed from antique Swiss ski chalets. Crowning the heights of the famous Verbier ski resort, this ski-in, ski-out estate of approximately 2,000 square meters commands an unrivaled alpine panorama of the majestic and serene Grand Combin mountain range. This property enjoys the highest-quality materials and fine traditional craftsmanship. The three chalets are linked by an art gallery with high vaulted ceilings, ideal for hosting large dinner events. This lavish space is further complemented by a wine dégustation room and views of Verbier's spectacular mountains.
