Isleworth Realty Launches its International Realty Division

Isleworth Realty, the Christie's International Real Estate Affiliate in Windermere, Orlando, Florida, has launched an international division led by Monica Lochmandy and Jack Goggin. The firm's new focus will give all its listings and sellers broader exposure in more countries by marketing Isleworth to foreign buyers.

Isleworth Golf & Country Club is truly an international community. Residents represent more than 30 different countries from around the globe. World-renowned sculptures created by internationally recognized artists from all over the world are on permanent display at Isleworth.

To tap into the market for foreign buyers, Monica Lochmandy brings to the job more than 15 years of experience in the real estate business. She has lived in southern Spain’s Costa del Sol, Ecuador, South America where she studied the international real estate market and developed valuable global connections. As Isleworth Realty’s International Real Estate Specialist, Monica will strategically market Isleworth to a targeted group of international affiliates and clients.

Isleworth Realty has also welcomed John Goggin, the company's new International Real Estate Associate, who is currently studying International Business at Rollins College. John’s responsibility will include managing international-based websites and affiliate communications.

As Isleworth Realty launches this Global Outreach Program, Monica Lochmandy and John Goggin’s new roles will benefit Isleworth Realty by working closely with Christie’s Affiliates to attract and better serve prospective international clients throughout their Isleworth experience.
