Harmonic Convergence in Telluride
Exclusive Affiliate Telluride Real Estate Corp. Promotes High-End Properties at the Town's Famed Film Festival
The planets must have aligned in Telluride, Colorado, over this past Labor Day weekend—and stars, as well—because not only did the 38th annual Telluride Film Festival take place, but also a significant wedding that drew one ex-president and a throng of other dignitaries. The nuptials of David Lauren, son of nearby resident Ralph Lauren, and Lauren Bush, granddaughter of President George H.W. Bush, were held on the selfsame weekend at Ralph Lauren’s Double RL Ranch.
What better opportunity to market a prime Christie’s International Real Estate property? Steve Catsman of exclusive Affiliate Telluride Real Estate Corp., and his assistant, Maureen Kaseta, made certain that 400 complimentary copies of Christie's International Real Estate magazine Issue Two—with Telluride’s magnificent property, Pa Gomo, gracing its cover—were on hand for the Film Festival Patrons’ Brunch. Pa Gomo is enrolled in the Christie's International Real Estate Bespoke Marketing Program.
The event was held at Gray Head, where the Pa Gomo property is also located. Says Christie's International Real Estate Western Region Senior Vice President Zack Wright, “ You can’t underestimate the importance of key high-profile festivals and events as a great marketing opportunity for Bespoke properties.”
Catsman and Kaseta report that Pa Gomo gained significant exposure over that busy Telluride weekend.
