Bill Becker of Harry Norman, Realtors^®, recently represented the most significant Buckhead buyer sale in the last two years with 981 Davis Drive, a reinvented estate originally-priced at $10,000,000.

This gracious residence, located in a prominent neighborhood of Atlanta, was constructed over the course of three years. The previous owners intended to add an ambitious addition to their 1950’s ranch home to be in keeping with the increasing scale of renovations and new construction in the neighborhood.  However, after discovering that the home’s structure would be inadequate to support the desired renovations, the owners decided to have an entirely new residence created. 

The resulting splendor of the estate exemplifies the Beaux Arts style found in New York and Rhode Island and the more subtle, refined classical elements of Northern Italy and Central Europe.
