Mark Batchelor

Mark was born and worked in Philadelphia and lived in the Philadelphia area for over 50 years. After the US Air Force attended Drexel University Evening college for 6 years. Mark Came to Naples on vacation in the late 90s and moved down to Lely in East Naples in 2006 with his wife Jeri. Most of my career was the technology corporations such as Xerox. Working in Florida, Mark maintained a Florida Home Inspector license and was a home inspector for a few years. Later became a licensed Community Association Manger (CAM) where he retired from after 12 years as a CAM. Current also, a licensed Notary. Mark is an instructor at Larson Real Estate School teaching CAM and real estate.  He wa the president of Fairway Villas HOA for 7 years in Lely. Currently treasurer of Feed Thy Neighbor Charity in Naples. Mark and his wife Jeri, are active golfers, and also enjoy kayaking.
