Ralph Philomeno

Ralph Philomeno started his career in the real estate development and homebuilding business back in 1974. Over the past 47 years he developed, built and sold over 3500 homes in Bucks and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania and also the South Jersey Shore. He is very well-versed on waterfront real estate and development from his experience in South Jersey. He's built numerous homes on the Ocean and Bayfront. He also owned and operated 2 real estate companies which sold their new homes. Throughout the years his company was awarded numerous Pinnacle awards including Custom of the year, Single family home of the year, Multi Family Community of the year and Multi Family Home of the year. He and his wife Kathy have been married for 47 years, they have two children and three grandchildren. He enjoys Boating, Golf and Pickleball as a Member of the Players Club. They have recently made Naples their permanent home after owning here for the past five.
