Kim Odegard

Kim Odegard is the Owner and Team Leader of the Odegard Real Estate Team with @properties – Christies International in Highland, Indiana. She has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1993 in both Indiana and Illinois and also holds the distinguished Certified Residential Specialization designation in her industry  

Kim provides a dynamic balance of quality service, a high level of knowledge and expertise in all areas of real estate.  She has closed over 1000+ homes in her career. She is known throughout the community for her professionalism, integrity, honesty, strong negotiating skills and work ethic and open communication.  Kim was named "REALTOR OF THE YEAR" in 2017 from the Greater Northwest Association of REALTORS, the highest honor a REALTOR can receive.   

She is a tenacious entrepreneur that leads her top-ranking team by overseeing the daily operations, training and education, client services as well as supporting her sales team in listings and buyers to ensure 100% coverage and satisfaction is provided to all of their clients. Prior to her real estate career, she worked in accounting for 10 years for one of the top real estate law firms in downtown Chicago. She also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Purdue University.  When not working, Kim enjoys traveling, crafting, and spending time with family, friends and her two fur babies, Beau and Simone, her sweet French Bulldogs.
