As the Principal Managing Partner of her own real estate development and vacation rental firm, she brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to acquire, develop, and maximize high-yield properties. Her academic credentials — a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Technology Management, paired with studies in Law and Criminal Justice — equip her to dissect complex transactions, anticipate risk, and negotiate with surgical precision. To date, she has managed over $10 million in real estate assets and facilitated more than $5 million in commercial and residential sales.

Reneika’s influence reaches well beyond the closing table. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Bahamas Power and Light, holds the position of National Vice Chairman for the Progressive Liberal Party, and has stood as a parliamentary candidate — experiences that grant her unmatched insight into the economic policies, infrastructure developments, and investment trajectories shaping The Bahamas.
