Courtney Koonce

Courtney grew up about an hour from Pawleys Island in a small town called Johnsonville in South Carolina. She spent every summer growing up at her family's beach house and after graduating from The University of South Carolina, it became apparent that Pawleys Island was the only place she wanted to call home.

 

Courtney decided to get her real estate license in 2004 and has been active in marketing and sales since. She joined The Litchfield Company in 2006 and started working with the Beard Nelson Team shortly after.  Through her 20 years in real estate, she has become an expert in communities along the Waccamaw Neck.
