Christie’s International Real Estate Strengthens Position in Asia with Addition of New Affiliate in Singapore

Singapore, 12 September 2013— Christie's International Real Estate announced that Singapore–Christie’s International Real Estate PTE LTD  is joining its network of international real estate brokers and becomes its newest Affiliate in Asia.  

Headquartered in Golden Agri Plaza , Singapore–Christie’s International Real Estate is part of SQFT Nexus, a leading Asian real estate brokerage firm with several offices in the Asian region but only exclusively representing the Christie’s International Real Estate brand throughout Singapore.

Dave Loo, Managing Director and owner of SQFT Nexus, will be leading the team of 21 agents in Singapore, providing a comprehensive real estate service for the lifestyle requirements of a discerning clientele, both for international buyers looking for great investments in Singapore as well as for Asians seeking fine luxury properties abroad.

Dave Loo’s extensive real estate experience in primary and secondary homes in Singapore’s market dates back to 1994.  He later started up his own real estate organization, named “OrangeTee.com Pte Ltd” in 2000.  By the time he left the company in 2007, OrangeTee.com had evolved from a four-man team into a full-fledged consultancy firm, which comprises a staff of more than 2,000 people.
