James Hatton

James is a third-generation Montanan born and raised near Flathead Lake in Somers. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with High Honors from the University of Montana, James volunteered for service in the United States Marine Corps. He had the honor of serving as an infantry officer in many fascinating locations around the world, including Afghanistan and the Republic of Georgia on the Black Sea. But wherever his travels took him, Montana always called him home.

In 2014, James returned to his birthplace in the beautiful Flathead Valley, where he is now practicing real estate and raising a family of three young boys. He is putting down roots just as his father, a local café owner in Somers, did before him. He enjoys camping, hiking, boating, and many of the other outdoor opportunities this wonderful place affords.
