Born and raised in Toronto, Sara studied Kinesiology at Western University before parlaying her skills into real estate. She started her career on the front lines of the industry, as an administrator on new development sites.

Since then, Sara's career has been a quick ascent. Specializing in both pre-construction and resale, she has worked on the launch and sales of more than 50 pre-construction condo projects in Toronto. Experienced with several of the city's top developers, she has valuable insights into all facets of the condo market. Her strong research and analytics skills, gained during her time working at market research firm Urbanation, along with her experience in sales and marketing, set her apart from her peers.

Sara has lived and invested in many Toronto neighbourhoods (Yorkville, Uptown, Downtown Core, The Beaches, Corktown, Entertainment District, West Queen West, Regent Park, North York) and has served as a director on condo boards, ranging from 54 up to 793 suites.

Passionate about professionalism and ethics in a quick-moving industry, Sara has been awarded the designation of Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada. She serves on the Professional Standards Hearing Panel for the Toronto Real Estate Board, reviewing and rendering dispositions on complaints that allege a breach of MLS(R) Rules and Policies, Board By-Law, and/or sections of the CREA Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice.

She is personable, professional and patient, with a pragmatic approach to serving clients. She gives unbiased, objective counsel, with an unwavering commitment to her clients' best interests. Never about the quick sale and volume, Sara focuses on helping her clients stay informed, and achieve their individual real estate objectives.
