I am a CPA and CPCU (Certified Property Casualty Underwriter) and certified in short sales (SFR). I was an Association Management Specialist (AMS) some years ago and just recently completed the CMCA designation and have completed 4 of the 6 parts leading to the PCAM Designation. I have been certified in Six Sigma, Project Management from IBM and much more. I enjoy continuous learning in all aspects of my life.
