Kristen Erickson

Kristen's history of over 20 years in sales and marketing as well as her time owning two of her own small businesses made a career move into real estate a natural one.  Her experience has taught her about the importance of exceptional customer service especially throughout the sales process.  She understands that each transaction is unique and comes with its own set of challenges and opportunities. The connection a person has to their home is a deep one and it is also usually their greatest investment.

As a life long resident of Chicago and the North Shore, Kristen has extensive knowledge of many neighborhoods and suburbs. She grew up in a family where real estate was always a priority and viewed as a very sound investment. Kristen has owned each home that she has lived in as an adult which has deepened her understanding and appreciation of real estate through the eyes of her clients. She also understands that each transaction is unique. Kristen feels strongly that the relationship with her clients is a personal one and she strives to bring great value to the table.  A strong real estate agent acts as a consultant to their client, communicates every step of the process and eases the stress of these potentially significant life changes.  

When not working or parenting you can find Kristen on the tennis or paddle court.  She serves on various charitable and school committees.  Kristen has a love of fashion and decorating, and she enjoys the challenge of pulling together each unique space so that it can be thoroughly enjoyed. Her clients can benefit from her ability to visualize and articulate a home's potential.
