Joanna "Asia" Dziok

Joanna--Asia to her colleagues-- has a passion for real estate that started in the year 2000, with the purchase of her first property.  An entrepreneur and self-starter by nature, by 2002 she had established her own property management company, specializing in the management of small to mid-size condominium associations.  She has been a licensed broker since 2003 and understands that the key to success in the real estate world is built on dedication, hard work, being available to her clients, treating everyone with honesty, integrity, and respect, and loving what you do.  She is also a licensed community association manager.

A lifelong Chicagoan, Asia has lived in many neighborhoods on the north and northwest sides as well as in the suburbs.  She holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from DePaul University and has lived in Logan Square since 1997.  

Asia understands that each client's needs are unique and strives to meet those needs with custom-tailored services.  Managing buildings in varying sizes and states of care over the past 15 years has given her a unique perspective on real estate.  As a landlord herself, she understands the needs of other investor owners.  Whether representing landlords or tenants, buyers, sellers, or condo associations, you can rest assured that Asia will always strive to provide the highest level of service with straightforward and principled sincerity.
