Vinny McClelland's training and experience in forestry, land planning combined with the expertise and experience in evaluating and brokering real estate in the Adirondacks has provided LandVest’s clients with sound advice and exceptional results since 2005. Vinny is intimately familiar with Adirondack Park Agency law and forest tax laws and has years of land use planning experience critical to the long-range planning and disposition of land and estate holdings. Vinny’s home base is in Keene Valley and he coordinates his marketing efforts with LandVest’s regional office in Burlington and headquarters in Boston.

Prior Experience: Mr. McClelland came to LandVest in 2005 after a successful career in land use planning and development consulting in Alaska (Owner- McClelland and Associates) and the Adirondacks (Director of Planning for the Adirondacks with The LA Group). Vinny specializes in waterfront properties, historic great camps, and significant, unique, and complex tracts of land, many with forestry and conservation easement components. He also works with LandVest real estate consulting
