Côte Ouest Immobilier, a member of the Affiliate Network of Christie’s International Real Estate in France, has launched a video channel on YouTube specificially designed to showcase high-end real estate in France.

Inspired by the Christie’s International Real Estate channel, the YouTube channel "Côte Ouest Immobilier" showcases a selection of beautiful properties for sale. Videos are available in French or in English (other languages on request), and are presented with the same high standards that characterize the Christie’s International Real Estate Affiliate Network.

Côte Ouest Immobilier is now offering to its clients a new, powerful solution to market their property. A recent study in Australia showed that property web ads with video receive 403 percent more enquiries that web ads without video. Every video on the Côte Ouest Immobilier channel is presented in High Definition and is accompanied with a short text allowing keyword searches and seamless navigation to the property web page. Côte Ouest Immobilier partnered with Estates In France to design the branded channel.
