Sarasota Waterfront Estate Sells for US$4.45 million

The distinctive bayside property, located on Midnight Pass Road, was both listed and sold by Kim & Michael Ogilvie, of Michael Saunders & Company. In 2010, the Ogilvie’s were the firm’s top-producing team for the fifth time in the past seven years.
